are those upright rows in kilos? if so that is possibly the most insane upright row I have ever seen! even if its pounds its mighty impressive. Keep it up Chesty buddy ol pal. Your a strong mofo, keep hittin it hard!

Q - been busy hoarin it up buddy lol, and I've had a few doc's appointments here and there, still haven't missed a session though

Tweak - lol na its lbs, if it was kgs you'd be callin me q80. Thanks for your comments brutha.

Ok today was legs, so here it is.

Legs
Angled Leg Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (15) Weight - 250,250,250,150 (kgs)
Lying Leg Curl - 3 x 8. 1 x 12 (13) Weight - 12,12,12,10 Plates
Standing Leg Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 40,40,40,30
Standing Calf Raises - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (13) Weight - 98,98,98,58 (kgs)

I'm still able to do the leg presses without any pain, so that's a plus even though I couldn't go as heavy as I wanted. I'm happy with it overall, I was done in about 45 - 50 mins. Got the specialist in about 2 days, so wish me luck fellas.

Hey picko, yeah everyone sure is a cat haha. Ok specialist said I need to slowly build up strength in my knee, he suggested doing leg extensions at a 30 degree angle and slowly build up until I can do full reps without pain, He said if it's not better in 3 months to go back to him to get an MRI done.

Ok my workout today was Pull.

Pull
Deadlift - 3 x 8, 1 x12 Weight - 140, 100 (kgs) (Increase!)
BB Bent Row - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (20) Weight - 58,40,40,18 (kgs)
Chinups - 3 x 8 (8,6,6) Weight - bodyweight
Pulldowns - 1 x 12 (9 waited 10 seconds got to 12) Weight - 11 Plates
Barbell Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 65,35 (decrease)
Concentration Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (9,8,8,12) Weight - 20,22.5,22.5,15 (lbs) (Increase!)

Abs
Double Crunches On Ab Roller - 4 x 15

Cardio
20 mins on treadmill (first 10 on level 6, Incline 5%, second 10 on level 7, incline 10%)
10 mins on exercise bike (cooldown)


BOOY YA! 3 plates a side on deadlift, can anyone say PB? Dropped back on BB curl to focus more on from, and the fact that I was abosloutely fucked. It was good overall, done in around and hour and 20 minutes, longer because I done more warmup sets on deads and after deads I was very fatigued and took longer breaks between sets.
