Ok today was legs, so here it is.
Legs
Angled Leg Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (15) Weight - 250,250,250,150 (kgs)
Lying Leg Curl - 3 x 8. 1 x 12 (13) Weight - 12,12,12,10 Plates
Standing Leg Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 40,40,40,30
Standing Calf Raises - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (13) Weight - 98,98,98,58 (kgs)
I'm still able to do the leg presses without any pain, so that's a plus even though I couldn't go as heavy as I wanted. I'm happy with it overall, I was done in about 45 - 50 mins. Got the specialist in about 2 days, so wish me luck fellas.
