Deadlifts - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (10,8,8,12) Weight - 100,120,120,80 (kgs) (Increase!)
BB Bent row - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (30) Weight - 58,58,58,18 (kgs) (decrease)
Chins - 3 x 8, (8,5,5) Bodyweight. Pulldowns - 1 x 12 (17) Weight - 9 plates
Barbell Curl 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,6,15) Weight - 75,75,75,45
Preacher Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (15) Weight - 7,7,7,4 Plates

Abs
V-Ups - 2 x 30
Ab Roller - 1 x Failure (50)

Cardio
20 mins on eliptical (inspired by Q )
5 mins on bike (cooldown)

Stretched then left. Got to deadlift this week, my shoulder usually plays up but it wasn't to bad this week, and I hit a PB yeah buddy. Was dead on the bent rows, so my form was pretty shitty, but still felt it. Form wasn't to great on the BB curl either, but again still felt it. Pretty decent workout, done in about an hour and 10 minutes.

Close Grip Upright Row - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,8,15) Weight - 95,95,95,65
Bench Dips - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - +25,+25,+25,bodyweight (increase!) (kgs)
Close Grip Bench Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,6,8,13) Weight - 80,80,80,40 (lbs) (increase!) I'll definately increase on the peck deck next time. My hand still cramps on the upright rows, but I used straps so I was able to increase. Overall, it was good I was done in around an hour and 20 mins, slightly longer then usual because the gym was absolutely packed.

Thanks fellas, just returned from my cardio, forearms and abs workout. here it is:

Abs
crunches on ab roller - 4 x 15
side crunches on ab roller - 4 x 15
leg raises - 4 x 15

I' do a set of each without stopping, once I done a set of everything I'd break for 30 secs and repeat 4 times.

Forearms (Grip Work)
Seated wrist curls 3 x 12, 1 x 12 with bar (12,8,6) Weight - 35, bar.

I'll try to build up to 3 x 12, but that's all I could do today lol.

Cardio
Boxing 1 minute on 30 seconds off for 10 mins
Sprints 20 secs on 10 secs off for 5 mins.

I'd switch between straight hits, hooks and uppercuts with these sprints.

20 minutes on bike.

That was it boys.
