Stretched then left. Got to deadlift this week, my shoulder usually plays up but it wasn't to bad this week, and I hit a PB yeah buddy. Was dead on the bent rows, so my form was pretty shitty, but still felt it. Form wasn't to great on the BB curl either, but again still felt it. Pretty decent workout, done in about an hour and 10 minutes.
