I'm currently 15 years old and have been working out for almost 2 months. I decided to keep a journal to know how much progress i am making. I am in a bulking diet to put on more mass and will cut in a couple of weeks. So far i have put on 16 pounds in a month in a half (and it isnt fat). Been eating like crazy!!

My stats are:
Height: 5'8
Weight: 165

Personal bests:
Bench: 215 (225 before the end of Feb.)
ATG Squat: 265x4 (315 before the end of Feb.)
Deadlift: starting them next week

My Routine
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest , Triceps
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back , Biceps
Friday: Off
Saturday: Shoulders , Traps
Sunday: Legs
