I'm currently 15 years old and have been working out for almost 2 months. I decided to keep a journal to know how much progress i am making. I am in a bulking diet to put on more mass and will cut in a couple of weeks. So far i have put on 16 pounds in a month in a half (and it isnt fat). Been eating like crazy!! My stats are:
