That's some big arse weights you be lifting there! Nice work! If I had to make any suggestions it would be to add in a ham exercise. Iwas gonna suggest SLDL and leg curl but doing the SLDL might be a bit hard going week to week with conventional style deads in your routine, but I'd definately do a leg curl in there!
Good sessions though!

im sorry bros i forgot to write down the hams for ya.

hams
sldl werm up 135
1x225 2x255 3x275 4x285 or 315 (depends on my legs and how sore they are)
lying leg curls 1x 80 2x90 3x100 4x 110 (not my best exerise)

the only problem i always have is thinking that i should left more. but when the wekend comes its like crap i cant even sit up....

my stats are
5ft 7in
225lb 10% body fat
I've been workout with weights for six years.
but i'd say three years serious training.
im natural very lean and very hard. when i first started , people said that i was hard but small.

the supps i use is the basics
muilt-vit
whey protein
creatine
glutamine
zma

i kinda eat what i what but i eat following the bodybuilding rules. like getting my protein/carbs in

i would say my basline for reps are in the six to eight reps. but i always go to ten reps. altho i dont train past failure. but i stop short of it. i do alot of drop sets. but mostly i dont really count reps. i go until i can't.

sorry I've been having some computer issues but now im back. I dont really count reps but sometimes i do and its around 6-10 reps, calfs and abs are are up to 15-20 reps

monday (today lol)

chest/bis/abs
I wanna start by saying "you know its a hoilday when the gyms paked at noon"

bench press 135x 20 werm up
1x255 2x 275 3x 285 4x 295

incline dubbell press
1x70's 2x 85's 3x 90's 4x 90's

db fly
1x70s 2x80 3x90s 4x 60s drop sets. (i dont thnk that im up to doing 100s yet but i'll get there)

bis bb curls werm up 45lbs x 20 reps
1x 95 2x 135 3x 155 4x 185 (i only got up three reps this wee)

db curls my body felt like going light )
4 sets 50's

preacher curls
1x 70 2x 80 3x 100 i didnt do the four set. too heavy lol
note : i didnt count the weight on the EZ bar

abs
cable crunches
1x1100 2x110 3x115 4x fullstach

floor crunches 4x 20

sometimes when i get a pump going and feel good. i'll push it alil

today is my leg day (ppl are afaid of it but i look forward it to it) legs are my best bodyparts. i've always had strong legs, bc i use to do maral arts my legs were strong from kicks and to block. anyways

squats werm up 185x 20
1x 315 2x 345 3x 365 4x 370

leg press
1x 8 plats 2x 10 plates 3x 11plates 4x 11.2 pales

leg extension
4 x full stack

sldl wwerm up 135 x 20
1x225 2x 255 (some bitter from the gym was like can you go lighter bc the bar is bening so that killed my energy so i went to 135 x25

lying leg curls
1x70 2x80 3x90 4x100

seated calf raise wer up two plats
1x4 plates 2x 5 plates 3x5.5 plates 4x six plates

standing calf raise on the smith machin
1x 135 2x 225 3x 315 4x 365

there you have it my leg day.
