after much of soul searching to find the right split to use... personally, BBing is may right love.. is like Lee Priest, my game is more training... Every off days, I always find myself. searching for a reason to go in... so, i decided to go back and do a 2on/1off type of split.. I do play attenion to recovery thu.

wed off
thu back/traps
fri delts/tris
sat off
sun repeat

its the same kind of split I've been using for years now..

this week I'm doing a five day split.

mon chest and abs
tue legs
wed shoulders and calves
thu back and traps
fri arms
weekend off or i might take a rest day in the middle and train on saturday

today was chst and abs

chest bench press werm up 135x20, 225x15
1x315 2x335 3x345

incline DB press werm up 60sx15
1x80s 2x90s 3x100s

flat flyes
1x70s 2x80s 3x58s

DB pullovers
1x100 2x115 3x125

cable crossovers
1x 120 2x140 3x160

cabale crunches

reverse crunch machine
