yea sorry bro lol. i never had any trouble keeping down my waist or stomach. all my friends joke that everyone is trying to lose weight and im tring to gain weight.

I dont want to kick you when your down but i have to eat 'dirty' calories to keep my muscle mass dirty means junk food sometimes fast food. anything for the calories. sry all you dieters lol

today was my legs day an hour of pure pain

quads squats 135x20

leg press
1x 5 plates a side 2x6plates 3x7 plates a side

heck squats
1x4 paltes a side 2x5 a sidea 3x7 plates a side

leg ext
1x 230 2x240 3x250

sldl werm up 135x20
1x 185 2x225 3x245

lying leg curls
1x80 2x90 3x100

seated leg press

calves seated calf raise 90x20

45 degree calf raise

thats all for today guys.

I think its genetics. my sister eat burges and fries all time and eats every two hour and is 110lbs. she just exerise for her trouble areas ..

today was my delts and tris day. i learned something today. dont fry your front delts before doing close grip bench press. well lets get into my workout

shoulders seated shoulder press werm up 45 lbx20

side laterals feel set 35x15

bent laterals

front bb raise
