yea i guess. it was so sad how my werm ups were weight i had a hard time with today. but i guess its better the nothing at all

hey guys
I dont think that i'm really injured just some f' off nerves in my back. it start when i was in New York. i was sleeping on a bus weirdly and sleeping on the floor of our hotel room.

today i felt better so i went balls out

shoulder smit military press werm up 135x20
1x 185 2x185 3x245

seated side laterals
1x 40s 2x50s 3x55s

incline rear laterals
1x70s 2x80s 3s85 (i think that the exerise is a back kill if you do it standing verion)

calbe side laaterals
1x20 2x30 3x40

bb front raise
1x45 2x55 3x65 +one static hold rep 95 for 23second

tris close grip bench press werm up 135x20
1x185 2x225 3x245

lying exts
1x 90 2x100 3s120

seated db exts
1x70 2x85 3x100

pushdowns
1x140 2x145 3x150

machine dips
1x280 2x290 3x300+drop set 200,100

thats it for today and this week.. the funniest thing is that i do more exerise but i train the same amout of time

Seriously impressive session Calibber. Awesome work on the military and incline rear laterals. You're pushing some very big weights all round, keep up the good work.

today was my legs day. my back was acting up again. and ppl getting on my nervous. i was going to do smith machine but some a-ho was like i have 10 more sets


quads leg exts werm up 100lbsx20

lever leg press

Still getting the big weight up. How come machines for you lower body. Isn't there a squat rack or bar to do SLDL?

theres like two squat racks and ppl were using them. not for squats but for curls. i was talking to the vice manager and she told me to tell her if ppl are tying up the smith. for some reason i have a hard time push of my back. like when doing leg presses. you back is more to push off of. and i had a harder time getting my leg up on the platform. my hip was nagging when i do that.
