on t bar rows and seated cable rows. i use different handles. like a t bar rows is a close grip V bar and seated cable rows are a medium grip. its all about the different angles and grips.

Side laterals are insane too, and finishing with them push downs, great job

today's legs day. i haven't gonna all out heavy bc my legs are recovering from the weekend and work. over the weekend i walked about all three days. but anyways
