hey rocky, i kina make sure i have a good workout. if i feel really flat. i'll shock it or do something different to get the pump.

well todays leg day. you guys might think im weird or sick but i love leg day. i've alway loved working on legs. but i kinda feel that its growing too fast compeared to my upper body

squats" i have to do smith machine bc ppl using all the free bars werm up 135x 20

1x 8 plates per side 2x10 plates 3 x 11plates

hecks (i did the 3/4 way that chic did on the fitshow. and its a killer)

hamies SLDL werm up 155x20 i had to use a 55lb bar
1x285 2x 305 315 for 3reps

lying leg curls
1x 100 2x 130 3x140 +drop set 70lb

standing leg curls
1x 40 2x80 3x90

seated calf raise werm up 2 plates x 20
1x 4 plates 2x 5 plates 3x 6plats

leg press calf raise
1x 2 plates 2x 3 plates a side 3x4 pplates a dide (at this time im to tired to really load up the leg press again)

today was my chest/bis/abs day. i've add some stratching in between my sets. i dont know if this is due to stratching or something but, i feel that I'm not as thick usual.

but anways,

chest bench press werm up 135x 20 (felt kinda flat so i went light)
1x 245 2x255 3x 225 drop set

incline db press
1x 70s 2x 80s 3x90s

flat flys
1x 70s 2x 85x 3x 90s (still can't do the 100s)

pullovers
1x 90s 2x 115 3x 55 dropset

bis bb curls werm up 45x 20
1x 135 2x 185 3x 195 for 5 reps

standing db curls
1x 65s 2x 70s 3x75s
preacher EZ bar
1x 85 2x 110 3x 120 (get a big pump)

hammer curls
1x 80s 2x 90s 3x 100s

abs cable cruches
3x full stack

reverse crunch machine

standing smith calf raise

my calfs grow best in the 10-15 reps

If you guys saw the fit show last week with Bob. you'll notice that it was hella raining. well, its been like that everyday here in cali. i also I'm going bakc to

due to my work and trying to maz out on recovery more..i felt I'm a lil overtraining

so todays chest/bis and abs

flats flys
1x 70s 2x 85s 3x 95s

db pullovers
1x 70s 2x 95s 3x 115

bis bb curls werm up 45x20

1x 65s 2x 70x 3x 35 drop set (didnt feel like i can do the 75s)

EZ bar preacher curls
1x 100 2x 115 3x120

hammer curls
1x 85s 2x 100 3x 115 for 8 reps (it was light no kidding)

seated crunch machine

thats it for today and i know that todays tuesday, but i wasnt going to train chest right after tris
