legs day
for some reason everyone had like a million sets to do on the squat rack. so i jumped on the smith

smith machine squats werm up 135x 20
1x 315 for ten 2x 405 for eight 3x495 for six

leg presses
1xten plates a side 2x 11plates 3x 12 plates per side

heck squats
1x 4 plates per side 2x6 plates a side 3x7 plates a side

leg ext
1x180 2x180 3 x200 reps in the 10-8

sldl werm up 135x 20
1x245 2x275 3x315

lying leg curls
1x110 2x120 3x330

standing leg curls
1x80 2x90 3x 100 (stack +10plate)

seated calf raise werm up 2plates
1x4plates 2x 5.5 plates 3x6 plates

standing calf raise smith machine
1x315 2x365 3x405

caalf raise on the leg press
1x4 plates a side 2x6plates a side 3x8plates per side

thats all she wrote for legs
