thx for the warm welcome back fellas......numbers are light but the intensity was up rest interv. 1min or less. total session 30mins fugging gym mgr. basicly kicked me out at 8:45 when they close at 9:00 so i had to cut the bicep session short. she claimed there was a tornado watch issue which there wasn't b/c i listened to the weather on the way home.....you better belive i'm gonna tell her what i think about her tonight

Nice seiion bro, the low rest is hardcore trust me i know. LMAO u gon show that lady waht the bussiness is huh mayne! i woulda been salty though too bro i wont lie. Its been so long since i lifted late at night man, i use to like those sessions too like 8-930 or so, go home eat and sleep like a baby.

as you guys that follow my logs know the OUTLAW has been injured and kinda sloppy this last month, well im gonna try to get back in the groove starting next week i'm going back to my A.M. training and being more discipline w/ my diet ( i have dropped 8 pounds this month down to 210 as of yesterday)
