DAMN OUTLAW U GETTIN CRAZY WITH IT BRO! Your weights are strong as hell on squat bro awesome job man! Hey a tip for when u dont get as many reps as u want, like u said u felt u shoulda got on your leg extension, on that last set bro turn it into a drop set man do 190 for 8 or so then 150 for 10 then 120 for 10 thats a kick ass drop set the key is to get the blood in their bro dont drop the weight and get like 3 reps drop it to the point that u can get like 10 more u know what i mean. CRAZY brun bro.

Since youve inspried me to post my log again im checkin in with u every chance i get Outlaw, keep it up dogg u joust got yourself a fan!

Disappointing session? Are you nuts! lol. Big Ben is on the money - try them drop sets, if nothing else it'll give you a killer pump to minimize how "bad" you feel you did in the squat.

But, the fact that you are even considering taking a week off might be a sign to do it. Don't wanna go down a plateua and start getting really facked off with your sessions cos that's a surefire motivation killer, especially when you're drained from work. Perhaps take the week off, catch up on some rest and come back big time.

wow man i hate to see what a good session is huge weights i like the calves and squats esp yeah man just finish it off pumping out the reps but ehy where are those famous walking lunges? hehe

damn man. More brutal leg work and that's a lot of weight and reps for your 100mph upper body sessions. Good stuff, man!

sorry for the split post but didn't want it to be too long..............
almost didn't make it this morning but made myself get up got to the gym late again. Had no one there to spot me so i kinda had to switch it up...anothe 100mph session

i had a spot for the begining of my pyramid but no spot on the way down so i had to switch it up from there

i hate the momment where my training partner ( someone who i trust him to spot ) isn't available when i need him .. i can feel u man .. BTW never mind .. just take it as a revenge for next time and smash some wieghts next workout
