im a bit dissapointed in my leg day today had big excpectations going in and didn't quiet accomplish my goals. the session was purdy intense though

5:00 jog trdml
stretch
squats
225x12 then did a few light weight leg ext to warm the kness b/c they were stiff

405x7 was really pissed here wanted 10

i can understand what do u mean man :) .. having a numbers in ur mind and then when u applied it at the gym everything is going wrong .. but don't be upset .. u've got a solid session .. keep it up outlow

strong lifts on the bench outlow .. and i like the way spliting the workout between 2 pressing movments and 2 Isolation movments
