hammer iso wide chest?? from the sound of that I wouldn't do it either! but hey don't feel so bumed out man, that Bench n those Flyes are still pretty descent considering it was a 35 min workout

wht up bigQ thx for checking on the log bro...........yea i got some low back pain that popped up on my bent over rows thats why i switched to db row. i just keep aggravating my lower back. probably gonna go to the doctor or chiropractor......thx for asking bro
