still no training partner and it really sucks on chest day. can't go as heavy as i'd like so i have to compensate by using super strict form and really squeezing the muscle. still having pretty productive workouts

thx q80 and rock. those dumbells are hard to deal w/ esp when doing incline or shldr presses. takes 2 much effort. lol

yeah man .. when it comes to shoulder press i let my training partner assist me to lift the dbs into my shoulder and then i pushed up .. but when it comes for incline i throwed the dbs by my legs .. like if watch ronnie when he throwed his 200 pounds dbs in the UNbeliavble movie

i don't have a partner so i don't have that luxury (lucky you) lol........but i throw the db's with my knees to but it is still dangerous b/c i have a slight tear in my left rotator cuff.....can't even do front rasies and thats kinda what throwing the db's up is like once u have to pull them up onto ur chest.....sucks for me

I just had to leave b/c the headache was to the point of being unbearable. kinda puzzled by this it felt like a caffiene headache but i don't consume much caffiene. i busted a blood vessel in my eye last week not sure how though. the strange thing is the big red mark in my eye has moved behind my iris. mabe that has something to do with the headache b/c it seems to start behind the eye and get progressively worse. if it happens tomorrow i'm going to the doctor. so i'm dissapointed in todays session.....
