LOL, I almost had one of those morning too, my alarm goes off at 3:55am and we didnt get up until 4:35. Still went to the gym and ended up having the shortest, worst workout ever! Moral of the story: Im glad you got the sleep instead.

Im sure youll be stronger than ever for the next one. :)
