good job man and good luck with everything stick with the compound movements man theyl get you everywhere you need to be isolation is good for a finish but mass is made by compound and you heal faster just doing compounds and you can lift heavier the next time if you want the detail tho too mix it up and stuff but stay compound for atleast a couple of months first no need to isolate what isnt there yet just makes it ewasier to overtrain good luck man!

Hey bro,

If i was u and u said u hurt your back i would stay light if u feel like u have to lift. I would let it rest if i was u but a dogs a dog and i would probably train on it to but nothing bent over i would stick with pulldowns wide and close grip if it hurts stop immediuately and go home and ice it. Continuing a workout while your injured will only make it worse i promise.

Good luck with everything and if its hurts let it HEAL i dont wanna see u gettin hurt bro. Usually an injury isa sign that u need some rest anyway. i think thats why i got sick i was overdoing it and i didnt stop.

Peace n Godbless u bro

I agree! As much of a stubborn bastard as I am, you don't wanna do something that makes it worse. I'd write it off as a light one and stick to your schedule and do legs, and don't do too much weight in squats and deads so you don't aggravte your back too much - then next week hit it with a vengeance!
