didn't get any ham work in just to wiped out completed the session in 40 including a 5 min walk jog cooldown on the trdml (could barely walk) but i thought it would help loosen my back up. i think i'll go to the chiropractor soon mabe an adjustment will help out.

Hey TO! Great session! Great weight too bro! Hey about your lower back, it helps to train abs everyother day. The chiropractor adjustments are a real good idea too man. if i was u i would make it a weekly thing just to keep pressure on your lower back to a minimum.

Hey if your lower back starts buggin u try wearing your belt on days other than back n legs. i wear my belt every time i train, except for benchpress i thnk thats it. if u choose to do that make sure u train abs everyother dya though bc u gonna wann keep that core tight. just someideas i though i could put up for u mayne!

It's easy to neglect the abs - I've been guilty of it too for too long and don't want it to become a burden for my other lifts so have started doing abs more regular.

Still - damn good session you had there despite the no ham work. Huge leg press weight! Hope your back doesn't affect you for too long man.
