hey man i admire your incline db presses mostly cause im trying to get to that weight! dont worry about bb pressing thats still big numbers as it is and im sure you were feeling it! or maybe not since u lifted so good on everyting else...hmm.....lol nice one outlaw!

i was pressed for time so this workout was 100mph and intense rest intrevals 60sec and under

military press (front)

whole session took 25mins decent shoulder pump but i didn't feel like i worked my tris hard enough but i'll get them next time

thx mak my military was decent but the tri push was kinda like the my tri were working double time (which they were) so the tri pump was nice and it seemed as if my shoulders were haveing to work more on the military press b/c the tri were exhausted so quick. it was really what i was shooting for and it worked out nice. 1st time s/s those two excercises that i can remember
