Crappy workout with the lost reps on chest...It may be that working out back to back after a tough legs day left me too tired, or I did have a big, crappy meal for one of my meals...whatever it was I've revised my all out 5 day blast to a revised 4 day with legs twice as they are my major weak area.

DAMN nice tri pressdowns weight man,
I saw a guy in the gym doing 155lb pressdowns with 8-12 reps but his tris didnt even look developed.

Thanks guys...the pressdown weight is the max of that weight stack, or I'd be doing lower reps and higher weight...
