Just been reading your log Mindstar, sounds like you went throught the grinder a bit with the knee, so it was really encouraging to see how you're coping...all credit to you. Very impressive.

Thanks guys...I went to a powerlifting comp and it inspired me to get stronger than the 60kg women there who were squatting over 350...I almost quit weights right there.

Just so i'm being honest, it's not a full rep...only to about 2 inches off of my chest or else I feel too much pain in my shoulders. All my other exercises are done with really strict for however...

Awesome that you play rugby Midstar! Sorry to hear about all the injury setbacks. What kind of knee surgeries did you have done??

Great log! Sorry to repeat, but yeah...your incline bench is crazy. Great squats too, especially with bad knees. Keep up the great work! :)
