Seated DB laterals 4x6-12
DB shoulder press 4x6-12
Machine shoulder press 3x8-15
Barbell raise 3x8-12
Wide grip upright rows 3x8-12

i would stick with 2 exercises for the front delt, one for the sides and 2 for the back. Pick two of the press movements you have listed swicth from workout to workout, do side laterials any variation you choose stick with 8-10 reps, and uh to exercises for the back lats upright rows can be one and try like a seated back laterial or a bent over back laterial or a cable avriation of either of the 2.

Just a few suggestions to offer some way to switch it up. By the way bro you front deltoids gotta be huge with 4 exercises for em! OH WEEE! lol

Peace

I'd go with 1 pressing movement per session too - just go balls to the wall with it! Let us know your progress! Personally I only do 1 movement to prioritise my front delts as I feel they get work on chest day as a secondary muscle so don't wanna over emphasize them - but that's me.
How does the rest of your routine look?

Thanks for the advice guys. The routine I listed above has gotten me some great results and I would suggest it for anyone looking for both strength and vascularity in their delts. A few months ago I felt my delts were lagging but just the other day, a girl I haven't seen since high school (a knockout by the way) asked me "what happened to my shoulders? they're so big!" if that isn't motivating, you must not have a pulse! Lol

I had a damn good shoulder day today:

Seated DB laterals
20x12
20x10
25x6
25x6
DB shoulder press
50x10
50x9
55x6
55x6 (seems like not a lot of weight but I was really concentrating on form)
BB raise(45 pound barbell)
45x12
45x12
45x12
Wide grip upright row
55x12
55x12
65x8
Traps- DB SHRUG
85x12
90x10
95x8
Overall, a good day my goal is to be able to lift 7o's for dumbell press for 4-6 reps with perfect form by March 1st
