Thanx guys--Hey , TRue-we do the 12% incline for our fitness test at work. So I figured I do it here

75lbs x 10
80 x 8
85 x 6
Cable Flyes
55 x10
70 x8

Seated Bench Press Machine
245 x6 just once because my boy said I was too burnt to do it
Also 2 sets of pushups
TReadmill again 12% incline (gradual raise to 12 started @2 and every min raised 1%) ended @ 20 mins 12% @ 4.5mph
