Hey guys what do you think about this routine....I was thinking about starting it....I did the chest workout today and it did feel kinda good.

If that 7 day split is based on mon-sun then if you're doing tris on a Saturday (day 6) then it may not be enough time for them to recover for doing a pressing movement on Monday (day 1).

I agree with Makaveli. Also, how much training have you got under your belt already. That routine looks a little too much for a near-beginner or even a moderately experienced trainer. 4 exercises for biceps?! Also, doing squats + 2 different deadlifts a week will be tough on your body to either improve or overtrain quickly!
Give us some more details on your stats and current training experience!
