Ya know, keeping a journal is something i always wanted to do, because i just can't seem to sit down and write it down. My X-GF even bought me a training log book that still remains empty. But i'll try it on here...i dunno what makes me think i'll keep on it on here..but i'm going to try.

Monday - 1/2/05 going to remember best i can..certain bodyparts on certain days i venture off and go by feel and my body response, but today i stuck to a pretty basic plan

Smith Machine Incline
135 - 2 warm sets. 20 reps.
245 - 10 reps
285 - 10
315 - 8
335 - 4

Incline DB
100's - 12
110's - 9
110's - 8
110's - 6

Flat Barbell - Triceps started dieing at this point...not good
225 - 10
245 - 7
275 - 4

Seated Machine Chest Press

180 -12
200 - 10

Weighted Chest Dips
45lbs - 10 reps
55 - 10 reps
65 - 10 reps

Standing Cable Flyes..hitting upper pectorals -- should have went lighter
60 -10
70 - 10
70 - 10

Pec DeK

200 - 10
200 - 10
150 - 15

7 excercises for chest - Goddayum!! You sure you need to hit chest at all them angles??

lol probably not..but 2 things..i just love coming back to the gym on mondays and just killing myself..and todays was one of those days i didnt want to leave the gym either..

Unless you're a seasoned BBer I really do think you should keep it to 10-14 sets MAX rather than doing up to 22. Those are some good lifts you are doing but even the fact that some ppl's bodies respond differently than others does not account for doing so many excercises and sets... Anywayz how long did you spend in the gym doing chest??

I rarely stay in the gym longer than an hour..yesterday probably an hour and 15 minutes maybe. Back day i tend to stay longer tho..like an hour and a half.

An hour and 15 mins isn't too bad for one muscle group but I still think you're doing way too many sets. It is just an opinion of mine - an educated opinion though but I still think you should ask around to get some other thoughts on this or read some related articles...

Awesome lifts man! And I agree with Makaveli - does seem like a LOT of different exercises for one group. You are clearly strong so might be worth cutting out a couple or 3 exercises and hammering the shit outta the ones you keep and see if you improve on those even quicker! Just a thought! Good work though - look forward to pics!

hey thanks bro, nah no pics of them yet, i just took a quick one lastnight to get something up...hopefully this weekend, i can get some better ones..i will admit my wheels need work tho..ALOT lol...but i keep hittin' em' every week..
