Another day where my head was sort of in it..but i dunno what it is, its not just the gym, its everything. Maybe i'm getting sick..my mother is sick, my girlfriend and her parents are sick..but i'm really hoping i can avoid this one. The other problem was no one in the gym to help me with my DB presses getting the goddamn things up cause i am just starting doing DB presses again for a long time. But i'd rather just keepiong working at it and get them up myself. I definately still feel i improved since last week even tho my last set got fucked cause i really drained myself getting the fuckers up.
Warm Up - Light Lateral Raises 15-20lbs/50lbs presses (wouldnt considor this pre-exhausting)

I didn't really do upright rows, did a set on the smith machine, but i just wasn't into it yesterday..like what i did do, my strength and instensity was there, but i just didn't want to be there lastnight.. |
