Felt like it should have been just the bar..still feeling the effects today too..had an ok workout today nothing special..kinda tired. An X-girlfriend decided to call me at 3am saying she's sorry and all that shit...fucked up my night so i was all sorts of tired today..New GF is coming over tho...so its all gooooodddddd

Shoulders

1-12-06

Another day where my head was sort of in it..but i dunno what it is, its not just the gym, its everything. Maybe i'm getting sick..my mother is sick, my girlfriend and her parents are sick..but i'm really hoping i can avoid this one. The other problem was no one in the gym to help me with my DB presses getting the goddamn things up cause i am just starting doing DB presses again for a long time. But i'd rather just keepiong working at it and get them up myself. I definately still feel i improved since last week even tho my last set got fucked cause i really drained myself getting the fuckers up.

Warm Up - Light Lateral Raises 15-20lbs/50lbs presses (wouldnt considor this pre-exhausting)


DB Shoulder Press

Machine Press

200-10 (dunno how this happen, really just freaked and pushed through it)

One Arm Laterals

Rears ( reverse pec-deck)

Cable Laterals

3 sets/40 lbs till failure..really wasn't counting

BB Shrugs Front - really improved this week

I didn't really do upright rows, did a set on the smith machine, but i just wasn't into it yesterday..like what i did do, my strength and instensity was there, but i just didn't want to be there lastnight..

nice workout man .. but i don't believe that upright row is for traps .. i feel it in my shoulder when i do it

thanks fellas, lastnight me and the woman watched that True Life: I'm on steroids -- the one guy who actually looked like he worked out definately had better developed legs than me, mainly in the calf region, and my gf made the mistake of saying something about liking big calves..and then she saw the look come over my face...lol..so basically the fire is back....its fucking inferno....lol going to kill my calves today..

doesn't take much to get me going again..

yea she did the trick..i just got back from the gym, did Bi's, Forearms, and CALVESSS..i'll write it out lata..

Forearms/Calves -pretty much did like 10 sets of wrist curls with 65lbs on a BB, and went back and forth doing 5 sets of Standing Calve raises (150lbs - 5 sets of 10) and seated calves raises (2plates - 5 sets of 15)
