Ok .. I trained my back for thickness and that was my workout .. i throwed the deadlift at the last in my workout .. so i can concentrate on the row movments first when i'm fresh and ready to hit wieghts

BB Bent Over Rows :
2 couples sets warm up ( 20 reps

Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 240 pounds ) 8 reps

Hammer Strength Machine Low Row : ( Both Hands )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 rep
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps

DeadLifts : ( this exersice is what seprate men from boys .. Right BigBen ?? )
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 6 reps

Bi's :

Seated Alt. Cable Curls : it's a special machine for the biceps u can do anykind of biceps exersice with two cable handles .. very nice one :
Set #1 : 22.5 kilos ( 50 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : Same as Set #1
Set #3 : 27.5 kilos ( 60 pounds ) 10 reps

Hammer Strength machine Preacher curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps

That's all guys :) .. very intense .. but i love it .. i love back workout as well as Legs :) .. i'm rush today .. i have a quiz and an assignment to do .. so i won't be online today .. see u tommorow fellas :) ..

Ok .. i trained my shoulders today and that was my workout :

Shoulders :

Hammer Strength Iso-lateral Machine Press :

Life Fitness Reverse Peck-Deck :
Set #1 : 89 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 110 kilos ( 260 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 138 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps

Traps:

Hammer Strength Standing Machine Shrugs :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps

Calves :

Thx very much guys for these comments .. and Makavili .. my calves were burning after these sets .. i realized that u should hit them with high reps to let them fry :)

Ok i trained my F**king arms today .. and u can't imagine how much i hate arms day .. but there is no nothing should i do but training them hard

Bi's :

BB Curls :
Set #1 : 35 kilos ( 70 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 6 reps .. shit i wasn't excepting these reps .. i was decided to hit it 8 reps .. but it went like that

Cable Hammer curl by Rope :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 60 kilos ( 130 pounds ) 8 reps .. it was hard :)

Hammer Strength Machine MTS Curls : ( Single Hand )
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps

Tri's:

Smith machine Close Grip Bench Press :

Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 5 reps .. the hardest set i've ever done for Close grip .. really burning up my tri's .. personal record too :)

Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps

Hammer Strength MTS Machine tri's extention :
