yeah i trained my legs today .. and it was awesome ..
this was my chicken legs workout
Quadz :
Leg Extention : ( Single leg )
1 Warm up sets ( 30 reps )
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 75 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps .. notice that these wieghts for one leg only
Leg Press :
Set #1 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 360 kilos ( 790 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 480 kilos ( 1060 pounds ) 12 reps
Hack Squat :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 8 reps ... Actully i didn't complete the 8th rep .. i was almost reaching to extend my leg but i falled down with the wieghts .. my partner told me to lock the handles .. but i was struggling to complete the rep and to extend my Leg .. so u can say that i complete the rep :)
Hams :
Stiffed Leg Deadlifts :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps
Single leg curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as Set #1
Set #3 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 12 reps
