thx for these motivation comment guys .. i will keep it in my mind .. and i only have time just for writing my log .. u will not see me around the board that much .. collage is killing me .. anyway .. i trained chest today :

Chest :
Incline DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 8 reps ( presonal recored :) )

Flat machine press ( lying version ) :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds each handle ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds each handle ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds each handle ) 10 reps

Pec-Deck machine :
Set #1 : 89 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 103 kilos ( 230 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 117 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps

Tri's :
V-Bar press down :
Set #1 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 70 kilos ( 155 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 90 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 12 reps

Hammer strength MTS triceps extention ( single hand ) :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps

Calves :
Horizantal machine calves :
Set #1 : 115 kilos ( 260 pounds ) 30 reps
Set #2 : 155 kilos ( 240 pounds ) 30 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2 .. i took 10 seconds rest between each set .. that's why i didn't go up with weights .. and the pump is nice :)

nice work bro. Schools most important anyway q80. Just like Ronnie says u need to focus on whats most important i would just lift and go to school if i was u. LOL excet ron said work n go to school but i changed priorities for your sake.

thx guys .. yeah school is coming first .. but u know sometimes .. i skipped some lectures just to go to gym and train .. kinda crazy .. that's what i call it the die hard BBing :)

hahaha, reminds me of the time I left class early b/c I forgot to pack a meal. nice lifts and good luck with school.

back again guys .. but with thickness this time .. don't ask me how i trained today .. totally exhausted .. and felt dizzy all the time .. but still i trained with solid wieght just to impress our family in the dungeon .. anyway that was my workout :

Back for Thickness :

DeadLift :
1 Warm up set 12 reps
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 5 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 5 reps
Set #3 : 230 kilos ( 515 pounds ) 3 reps

Hammer strength under hand row ( both hands )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 8 reps

Hammer strength machine Row ( like in Jay cutler's movie .. he used it a lot ) Single hand :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps

Life fitness row :
Set #1 : 61 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : Same as Set #1

Bi's :
