Flex : no it wasn't man .. but i like going high reps on traps with DBs .. the pump is insane .. and the max. weight of DB we have at the gym is 150 pounds :) .. as far as the diet .. this is my sample diet plan :) :
Wake up :
before breakfast : ( 2 pills of caffine )
Breakfast :
10 egg white + 50 - 75 grams of Oats + 6 green tea bags :) + multi pills + 5 gram of creatine and EFA's
Meal 2 : 6 inch's oat bread from subway with 12 slices of turkey and viggies + EFA's
Meal 3 : 3 chicken breast + 50 grams of brown rice and vigges
Hit the gym after 2 hours and half of eating meal 3 .. before 45 mins : BCAA + 3 pills of caffiene
Post Workout Shake : scoop of prolab whey + 30 grams glucose + 5 grams creatine
Meal 4 : lean ground steak + 50 grams whole wheat pasta and EFA's
cardio time : at night .. before that glutamine and BCAA
post cardio meal : usual a 50 gram oats with scoop of whey or turkey sandwich
before Bed 45 mins : 4
ZMA pills
before Bed Meal : it depands some times it would be steak with salad or 3 chicken breasts and salad + EFA's
Supplements :
Whey - Creatine - Multi - EFA's ( Fish and
Flax Oil ) - BCAA - Glutamine and Caffine :)
the diet is going ok .. and i'm not getting bored of it .. i always set a plan that i will be at my best shape so why bothered of what i'm doing .. i always enjoy every meal .. and results is still comeing :)
