Ok fellas .. today's leg workout was more than brutal .. i went more than hardcore .. i wouldn't talk too much .. i will let my workout talk insteaded of me :)
Quadz :
Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 72 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 220 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 135 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 10 reps
Leg Press :
Set #1 : 280 kilos ( 616 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 400 kilos ( 880 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 500 kilos ( 1100 pounds ) 6 reps .. how do u like it guys
DB Lunges :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps
Note : each pair has it own weight .. like for example the total for set #3 is 100 kilos ( 220 pounds )
BB Squat : the squat was for pump only
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 20 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 15 reps .. damn it my quadz were dead at that point
Hams :
Lying Curls :
Set #1 : 58 kilos ( 127 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 67 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2
Stiffed leg deadz :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 15 reps
Calves :
5 sets on Horizontal calves press 12 reps
5 sets on seated calves rises 12 reps
that's all guys .. i think this is more than brutal .. the pain was insane .. like the pain baby .. it's joy .. i was really tired from the day .. but nonetheless .. the Grizzly Q80 never get weak
