MVFS1 : lol man .. i can tell u that i'm still have energy to get a new workout man :)

Rocky : thx buddy .. i like the split of my back .. acutlly Back day along with legs are my favorites .. cuz they are my storngest bodyparts :)

Pickle : thx brother .. right now i'm 103 kilos ( 226 pounds )

no man .. those pics were taken in 2005 .. when i finised my cut phase .. i hope this year i'm bigger than the previous one :) .. don't get confused .. new pics haven't posted yet :)

Edit : and yeah in those pics i weighed 85.5 kilos

OK OK .. I'm back .. and today was Shoulder's , Traps and Tri's .. here we baby

Shoulders :

BB Militry Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 6 reps

Standing DB Side Lateral :
Set #1 : 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 8 reps

Traps :

Power Shrugs ( Again to Jorno my future coach )
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps

Tri's :

Close Grip Bench :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps

Seated OverHead BB Extention :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1 but 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Rope Pushdown :

lol Ben .. i was going to do it but then i changed my mind :) .. acutlly the militry press was inspired by u brother .. i've seen u doing it a lot then i realized that i should give it a try and test my strength on it :) .. i will throw the upright row in my next shoulder workout for u my man :)

your military presses are fucking incredible. seriously. 225. what the fuck. i mean all of your lifts look awesome but those militaries are just borderline arousing.
