well .. i followed the split of 2 days on one day off and so on brother .. i start with :

Day 1 : Chest bi's
Day 2 : Legs
Day 3 : Off + Cardio and ABS
Day 4 : Back and rear delts
Day 5 : Shoulder's , traps and tri's
Day 6 : Off

I include cardio with these days since i'm cutting man :) .. sometimes i do weight lifting in the afternoon and then comeback again to do cardio at night .. i do this if i'm off from school or not busy

Great workout mate! I wonder when I will have time to do that... maybe in July, August!!!

Cardio at night? Like Jay does!

Ok .. today was cardio and ABS .. here we go :

ABS :

4 sets of Leg raises 12 reps
4 sets of crunchs 12 reps
3 sets of Oblique crunches on hyperextention bench 12 reps

Cardio :

30 mins on the elipitical machine
Level : 10 , Calories : 460 calories

20 mins on the treadmill ( Running session )
Level : 9.0 , Incline : 0 , Calories : 345

10 mins on the staintionary Bike :
Level : 5 , Calories : 55

Total Time : 60 mins
Total Calories : 860 Calories

that's all guys .. it was tuff especially my legs were sore from yesterday's workout :) .. thx for ur support guys i really appreciate it .. luv u all :)
