Thx a lot DD :) .. that means a lot to me .. and yeah our sun here and the heat are something from hell :) .. and i'm sweating a lot .. i'm geneticlly sweat like that .. and u don't want to see me with those sweat drops on my face everytime lol .. they drop like rains drops :)

Ok guys .. i'm back again :) .. i trained chest and bi's .. and it went fast cuz i have an exam tommrow and i should finish it quickly :) .. here we go :

Chest :

Flat DB Press :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 8 reps

Hammer Strength Incline Machine Press :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Decline BB Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 7 reps

Bi's :

Precore Machine Bi's curls :
Set #1 : 35 kilos ( 80 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps

Standing Machine Curls : ( it's like a DB curl but in Machine version ) ( Both Hand )
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps
Note : each handle has the half of those weights like for example : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 25 kilos ( 55 kilos ) each half

Seated Concentration Machine Curls ( Single Hand )
Set #1 : 5 kilos ( 10 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1 but 12 reps
Set #3 : 10 kilos ( 20 pounds ) 10 reps .. damn it this machine is pretty heavy .. the pump was great

A session of ABS and then left the gym .. it was good despite the fact i was really tried from my day .. from the morning till noon i was at school and the sun heat was hell .. also was thinking of my tommrow's exam .. i wish i will do well :) .. gonna study for it .. that's all fellas .. luv u all

lol .. thx Rocko .. man school and the weather here is killing me .. but once i got inside the gym everything is changing .. i don't want to get fancy workout and then get out :) .. i just want to paid my dues everyday even when i have exams and tired from the day .. thx for checking out my log brother .. gotta eat my meal and then study :) for the test

Ok .. it's legs day .. it's the most painfull day .. and as u know Pain is always Joy for the Brutal Grizzly Q80 .. despite that i felt sad after the exam because i didn't do well .. i was excepting that will runied my workout today .. but while i'm on the road to the GYM .. i was telling myself .. come on man this shit ( about the exam ) is gone .. now it's time for war .. show me the warrior soul of Q80 .. u know u got to paid ur dues .. it's legs day and u love .. Pain man Pain .. so that was my Brutal Leg Session :

Quadz :

couple sets on the extention


BB Squat :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. Hen Ben .. ur not alone brother .. i'm still can catch ur weight

Leg Press :
Set #1 : 280 kilos ( 616 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 380 kilos ( 790 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 480 kilos ( 1056 pounds ) 8 reps .. my Quadz were dead at last two reps .. i can tell u i hardly pushed that weight .. the pump was insane i couldn't get up from the machine .. let my partner to assist me to stand :)

Vertical Leg Press :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 8 reps .. damn it again my quadz were burning .. i faced some problem in the eccentric movments .. they couldn't control the weight .. damn they were dead after the two exersice .. but again no one would stop me to complete my reps

Hams :

Single Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 70 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1 .. couldn't go heavy .. the hams were dead along with the quadz in the compound movments

Calves :

3 set of Horizontal calves press 12 reps
3 set of standing calves rises 10 reps
3 set of calves rises on liner hack squat machine 15 reps .. gotta have diamond calves baby :)

that's all fellas .. really glad with my workout .. wasn't except that .. but it went great .. i'm happy :) .. luv u my BBD Hommies
