yeah buddy .. just got back .. and i can proudly said that i've done it .. i knock the 500 pounds deadz for 3 reps .. and i'm glad about it .. got a bit weak since i was doing this shit for 6 reps easily when i was bulking .. but i don't care i'm still have the strength and very glad with it :) .. also i shoted a clip for u guys .. so here we go :

Back for Thickness :

Deadz :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #4 : 220 kilos ( 500 pounds ) 3 reps .. yeah buddy

Bent Over BB Rows :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps

Hammer Strength Machine Row : ( Single Hand )
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 70 kilos ( 155 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 15 reps .. really tuff my back was burning

T-Bar Machine Row : ( pump sets )
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 30 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1


Rear Delts : ( my rear delts were frying at the end of the workout so i went light .. couldn't go heavy )

Seated Bent over DB raises :
Set #1 : 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1

at last .. and after 3 years working with me .. my straps finally said goodbye and died .. lol yeah guys one of my straps had ripped and i found it funny to take a shot of it and show u Q80 and his hardcore stuff .. good bye my lovley straps .. u were working hard with me ... but at last someone must be a victim at the war

Ok Fellas .. Session #2 was cardio .. here we go :

45 mins on Treamill

first half of the time : Speed : 4.5 , Incline 5
Last half of the time : Speed : 5 , Incline 10 .. it was like a climibing a mountain :)

Total Calories : 520 calories

15 mins on the Staintionry bike :

Level : 10 , Calories : 120 calories

Total time : 60 mins
Total Calories : 640 calories

lol .. i feel energize anytime for the workout brother :) .. i don't know maybe it's mental thing cuz In fact i count the mins to hit the gym again .. and i will be so motaivated to break all the records :) .. who said naturals can't train hard ?? all the way baby .. Natural for life
