yeah buddy .. just got back .. and i can proudly said that i've done it .. i knock the 500 pounds deadz for 3 reps .. and i'm glad about it .. got a bit weak since i was doing this shit for 6 reps easily when i was bulking .. but i don't care i'm still have the strength and very glad with it :) .. also i shoted a clip for u guys .. so here we go :

Hammer Strength Machine Row : ( Single Hand )

T-Bar Machine Row : ( pump sets )

Rear Delts : ( my rear delts were frying at the end of the workout so i went light .. couldn't go heavy )

at last .. and after 3 years working with me .. my straps finally said goodbye and died .. lol yeah guys one of my straps had ripped and i found it funny to take a shot of it and show u Q80 and his hardcore stuff
