Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 72 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 93 kilos ( 205 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 130 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 11 reps
Smith Machine Squat :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 220 kilos ( 500 pounds ) 5 reps
BB Lunges :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 245 pounds ) 8 reps
Hams :
Lying Curls :
Set #1 : 72 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps

High Heel Leg Press :

3 sets on horizontal Calves press 12 reps each set
