I feel proud I was able to motyivate you in the bi's seeing as you remain a constant source of inspiration to me in everything gym related, and everyone else on here too! Great bi session. Don't you dare look at your bi's as being weak again! Cos they are far from it!
And that chest session was killer too - so many presses - so much weight! :)

Ok .. i'm back with 3 videos this time .. i trained legs .. and that was my workout :

Quadz :

Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 72 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 93 kilos ( 205 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 130 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 11 reps

Smith Machine Squat :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 220 kilos ( 500 pounds ) 5 reps

BB Lunges :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 245 pounds ) 8 reps

Hams :

Lying Curls :
Set #1 : 72 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 86 kilos ( 190 pounds ) 8 reps

High Heel Leg Press :
Set #1 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 280 kilos ( 616 pounds ) 12 reps

Calves :

3 sets on horizontal Calves press 12 reps each set
3 sets on Standing calves rises 12 reps each set
3 sets on seated calves rises 12 reps each set

that' all folks .. video time :) :

135 kilos ( 300 pounds ) leg extention for 11 reps

500 pounds Smith Squat

110 kilos ( 245 pounds ) BB Lunges for 8 reps

That was an insane leg workout, q80! 500 lbs for 5 reps on squats is world class. Keep it up man, you are an awesome athlete!
