OK guys :) .. i'm back with anather session of Shoulders , Traps and Tri's .. u was able to shot a clip of me doing 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) DB shoulders press :) .. i asked a trainer there to shot for me :) .. here we go :
Shoulders :
DB Shoulder Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps .. yeah buddy i have a clip of that
Standing One Arm Cable Lateral Raises :
Set #1 : 10 kilos ( 20 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1 .. was a bit heavy but the pump was great
Upright Rows in the Olympic bar ( Wide Grip )
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps .. was heavy indeed
Traps :
Hammer Strength Standing Machine Shrugs :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 15 reps
Tri's :
V-Bar Press Down :
Set #1 : 21 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 31 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 12 reps
Streamline Machine Overhead cable extention :
Set #1 : 22.5 kilos ( 50 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1
Hammer Strength Machine Dips :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps
A session of ABS then cardio .. that's all guys .. and that is the clip :)
