LOL Amped .. i acutlly pushed weights and looking for pulling planes in the future

Ok .. the Bad Grizzly is back with anather Brutal Leg Workout .. damn it was great and i went back to squat the 405 pounds .. and i did it .. acutlly this workout was inspired by my Buddy Ben's leg workout :) .. i wouldn't let his numbers away from me :) .. here we go baby :)

Quadz :

Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 73 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 93 kilos ( 205 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 135 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 10 reps .. yeah buddy

BB Squat :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps .. saveing reps for the followning set
Set #4 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. while i was doing it i was telling myself "No pain baby" "u got to do anather fucking rep" feel the joy of pain bigman" .. was going nut :)

Vertical Leg Press :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps .. hitted my head against the pad while doing this set .. get motivated :)

Hams :

High Heel Leg Press : ( we have a special machine for that really felt in the hams )
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps

Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 67 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 74 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 81 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps

Calves :

4 sets of Horizontal Calves press 12 reps
3 sets of Standing calves raises 12 reps
3 sets of seated calves raises 12 reps

that's all guys .. really happy with my comeback to do the 405 pounds again .. never get weak baby .. always push ur self to the limit :) .. anather day .. anather bigCheck .. Luv u all :)

Thx man :) .. i might go to the gym to do my PM session of cardio .. as i've said before i don't like doing cardio right after my leg session .. so i'm gonna hit it at night :)

Damn bro, two big pressing movements that aren't much fun and you didn't let up the entire time! I definately did deads last night and heavy rows last night after 11+ hours of work because of the intensity your log...can't let your back get better than mine

BigBen : Thx brother :) .. i acutlly got fired after seeing the 455 pounds of ur squat .. then i realized to go back and lift that shit 405 pounds again .. got the challange and won against that weight :) .. thx my brother for checking out my log :)

Edit : just got back from the gym .. i've done my PM session which was Cardio

30 mins on the Treadmill :
speed : 5 , Incline : 5
Calories : 301 according to the machine

20 mins on the bike :
Level : 8 Calories : 120

Total time : 50 mins
Total Calories : 421 calories :)

lol Ben .. yeah man i just had my oatmeal and whey shake right after my cardio session :) .. don't worry man .. ur buddy Q80 know what to do

just woke up .. my Quadz and glutes are killing me .. the sore is tuff .. gonna join the gym today for light session of cardio and ABS
