Ok .. the Bad Grizzly is back with anather Brutal Leg Workout .. damn it was great and i went back to squat the 405 pounds .. and i did it .. acutlly this workout was inspired by my Buddy Ben's leg workout :) .. i wouldn't let his numbers away from me :) .. here we go baby :)
Quadz :
Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 73 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 93 kilos ( 205 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 135 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 10 reps .. yeah buddy
BB Squat :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps .. saveing reps for the followning set

Set #4 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. while i was doing it i was telling myself "No pain baby" "u got to do anather fucking rep" feel the joy of pain bigman"

Vertical Leg Press :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps .. hitted my head against the pad while doing this set .. get motivated :)
Hams :
High Heel Leg Press : ( we have a special machine for that really felt in the hams )
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps
Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 67 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 74 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 81 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Calves :
4 sets of Horizontal Calves press 12 reps
3 sets of Standing calves raises 12 reps
3 sets of seated calves raises 12 reps
that's all guys .. really happy with my comeback to do the 405 pounds again .. never get weak baby .. always push ur self to the limit :) .. anather day .. anather bigCheck
