Ok .. seems like i'm the only one here who crush wieghts .. the log section is bored these days .. come on lazy boys .. get ur checks :) .. ok i went to the gym and it was delayed .. i acutlly trained at night due to the summer school .. so i trained Shoulders , Traps and Tri's .. here we go
Shoulders :
Smith Machine Front Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Satnding DB Side Lateral :
