Ok .. seems like i'm the only one here who crush wieghts .. the log section is bored these days .. come on lazy boys .. get ur checks :) .. ok i went to the gym and it was delayed .. i acutlly trained at night due to the summer school .. so i trained Shoulders , Traps and Tri's .. here we go

Shoulders :

Smith Machine Front Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps

Satnding DB Side Lateral :
Set #1 : 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 22.5 kilos ( 50 pounds ) 12 reps

Traps :

Power Shrugs : ( again to Jorno )
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. first time with this weights :)

Tri's :

Close Grip Bench :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 245 pounds ) 7 reps

Rope PushDown :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Hammer Strength Machine Dips :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 130 kilos ( 286 pounds ) 15 reps

A session of ABS and then cardio .. that's all guys .. i acutlly train alone these days .. my buddies weren't coming with anymore .. but that wouldn't stop the Warrior .. he's still alive and hungry for crush more weights .. i wish u guys train with me since i'm alone now :) .. defentily we will have an awesome workout for sure :) .. tomorrow is off day .. so i'm gonna rest :) .. Jorno : Thx buddy :) for ur post .. In fact i've never felt weak since i start cut .. im still pushing myself to the limit :)

LineSki : Yeah man i was benching 225 pounds last week .. but yesterday i realized that i should increase 10 pounds each side .. while i was loading the wieght i've told myself .. consider these 2 plates of 10 pounds as a happy meal for ur set lol

Awesome shoulder workout, Q80! Maybe your training partners got intimidated by the insane weights you're using. Good luck on the cutting!
