lol Rock .. ok guys .. i went to the gym earlier today .. my buddy was exciting to watch the celebration of World Cup ( acutlly i'm not intrest at all :) ) .. so we've trained earlier .. and it was legs day .. yeah guys .. it was war for the Worrior Q80 :) .. i blasted my legs and fried them .. u can judge by the following session :) :

Quadz :

Leg Extention : couple warm up sets to lubricant my joints
Set #1 : 72.5 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 93 kilos ( 205 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 135 kilos ( 300 pounds ) 9 reps .. that was the whole stack

Leg Press : ( The aim here was to rep out the 1000 pounds no under the 8 reps )
Set #1 : 200 kilos ( 440 pounds ) 12 reps .. feel set so don't count it
Set #2 : 280 kilos ( 617 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 400 kilos ( 880 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #4 : 480 kilos ( 1056 pounds ) 10 reps .. yeah buddy

BB Lunges :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 steps each leg
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 176 pounds ) 10 steps each leg
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 242 pounds ) 9 reps steps each leg .. couldn't do it for 10 reps .. my quadz were dead at the 9th reps and i hardly pushed the last one .. Personal Record for me :)

Hams :

Lying Curls :
Set #1 : 67 kilos ( 148 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 88 kilos ( 190 pounds ) 10 reps

Single Leg curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 10 reps for each leg
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps for each leg
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps for each leg

Calves : ( i just took 10 secs rest between sets for calves .. kinda shock the muscle and don't let it cold and relax .. burn it all the time )

3 sets of Horizontal calves press 12 reps
3 sets of standing calves raises 12 reps except the last one i got 11 reps
3 sets of seated calves raises 12 reps

that's all guys .. really happy with my session .. and forget to tell y fellas .. tomorrow my summer school will start .. and i hope i will do well with it :) .. it's only 1 month and half then i have 1 month holiday before i kick start my last year in the University :) and after that i will be a radiographer doing X-rays for people .. that's all fellas .. LooooL Peanut .. man the last set of lunges was brutal .. i was going nut .. i've said to myself "go man .. gotta paid that check" "No Pain .. Pussy wieghts" in loud voise :) .. and about the World Cup .. Nah bro .. i don't know why i don't like to watch .. maybe because i'm don't like it or i'm not intrest .. i'm only going to watch the final match .. only the elite teams are reaching the final :) .. and i pull for Holland this time ... this team deserve to win :) .. and finally u got the real player to watch my clips .. hope u like them bro and get inspired from them .. thx for checking my log peanut :) .. good luck with the exams :)

thx Beno .. i acutlly got fired when i saw ur 405 pounds 10 reps man :) .. then i talked to my quadz and it said we're gonna do it baby .. just trust me .. i trust it and we've done our homework :)

well holy freakin hell again Q. Youve went and put me in total awe, ONCE AGAIN! Your workouts are so damn insane. Do I even need to comment on that leg press? HELL YEA I NEED TO! THATS INSANE BROTHER! 10 reps! you crushed them. Then those lunges at the end, damn that smarts just thinking about it, thats some super heavy ass weight too. Ronnie Coleman who, LIGHT WEIGHT BUDDAH!

Good luck with your summer classes man, we all know you'll do great. Only one more year! Scary thing to think about, in one year imagine how strong you will be (faints)

Chesty : acutlly my training partners like to train with me .. according to them they always like watching me lift heavy which is motivate them more to lift as much as they can .. they always want me to be with them .. because they will train seriously with some serious wieghts :) .. i like when someone of them told me .. and that's make me happy because i always like the best for them :)

Xtweak : thx a bunch man :) .. and lol at Ronnie Coleman who ?? .. acutlly this hardwork buddy is my ideal and i got my strength motivation from watching him training along with my buddy Branch .. and lool at Bill gates .. i want him to give me just a check of 1 million and that's it .. well man i can't wait for next year .. a lot of things will change in my life .. first i will bigger and stronger .. second i will have a job which is lead to marrige .. i will get married once i graduate :) .. so everything will be new to ur buddy Q80 :) .. thx man for checking my log motivation stuff as always bro :)

Edit : forget to post my 2nd session :) .. i did cardio .. acutlly i don't like doing cardio right after my leg session .. so i throwed it as a pm session .. i went to the gym and everyone was staring at the TV moniters watching the world cup .. for me .. i was pumping by MP3 player with some metal song .. i'm not interest :) .. also my gym has 8 plazma moniters around the whole wieght lifting room plus every cardio machine has it own moniter :) .. anyway this was my cardio session :

15 mins of the elipitical machine .. level 5
15 mins on the treadmill .. 5 mins level 5 incline 2 .. the next 5 mins level 5.5 incline 2,5 . the last 5 mins level 6 incline 3 :)
15 mins on the stationary bike :)

nice cardio session man, gotta get ripped baby! I'm not really interested in the world cup either, probably cuz I'm not a soccer fan at all. I think I rather watch NASCAR than soccer which says a lot lol. I hate both of them!

nice variety in that cardio session too man, jamming to metal even doing cardio, good shit my friend! dedication baby!
