Back ( Thickness ) :
Bent Over BB Rows : ( Yates Style )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps .. i've got a clip of this set baby
One arm DB Rows : ( Branch and JOJ Style )
Set #1 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 60 kilos ( 130 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 70 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps .. anather clip of this set baby
Hammer Strength Machine Low Row : ( Both Hand )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps .. i think i hit Flex Wheeler numbers on that exersice .. right Beno

Deadz : ( i throwed deadz at the end of the workout so i can fouces on the rowing movments )
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. damn it my whole back was tight
Rear Delts :
Bent Over DB raises :
Set #1 : 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 18 kilos ( 40 pounds ) 12 reps
