damn Q I'm highly highly impressed as always. That session was brutal. Them skullcrushers are very awesome man, when you gonna show some skin man? Who cares if your offseason! SHOW THE GUNS! lol.

Hey Q There will be a O.P.E.P. meeting on June here in Venezuela and all the OPEP countries will be here to talk about rising Oil prices to make American and British ppl pay more for gas and shit, you know, i wonder will you come??

Max : yeah man my gym has alot of machines and eqiupments :)

MAK : thx brother .. i was suprised that while i'm pushing the 225 pounds .. i didn't feel the resistance on it :)

Fahad : well brother .. both are the same .. theyre light .. but i like the one with handle .. i feel more burn in my delts than the one without handles .. IMO they're supplemantry stuff .. nothing like the DBs side lateral

Enemy : thx man .. yeah the pump is insane :) .. appreciate ur post

LoooL Peanut .. sometimes i like varaition between machines and free wieghts :)

Ok guys .. today's workout was upset .. really upest and dissappoionted .. i wasn't on .. and i was as uasual mind distracted due to exams and studies .. damn it it screwed up my mind and concentration and ruined all my workout .. plus a lot of things running in my mind due to life and it problems .. u know life isn't easy .. i was less motivated .. BTW that was my workout

Chest :

Flat BB Bench ( i'm not a fan of this exersice and i hate it .. that's why i didn't do it .. i feel like a weak on it and something wrong happend while i'm doing it .. i think i wouldn't do this exersice next time anymore )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 250 pounds ) 6 reps .. don't ask me why .. i felt like i'm gonna rep this wieght above 8 reps but i didn't .. i told i was pretty off

Incline DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 6 reps .. pissed me off .. wasn't concentrate on it .. damn it
Set #3 : same wieght as set #2 but i did it for 10 reps

Hammer Strength Machine Decline Press :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 120 kilos ( 270 pounds ) 12 reps

Bi's : anather muscle group that i don't like it at all and u already know that

Standing DB Curls :
Set #1 : 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 22.5 kilos ( 50 pounds ) 8 reps

Precore Machine Bi's curls :
Set #1 : 35 kilos ( 80 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps

Hammer Strength Machine MTS Bi's curls : ( Single Hand )
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 35 kilos ( 75 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps

a session of ABS and then 20 mins cardio .. that's all guys .. really sad with what i've done today .. i apologize to my team ( Big Paycheck ) i know u guys didn't use to see that from Q80 .. but u know nothing remain constant .. but i promise i will be back tommrow with more wieghts and intensity .. i will train legs .. so i will not upset u guys .. that's all .. gonna go now and study .. a lot of materials are waiting for me .. totally understandable what you're going through man, at least you're still hitting them weights, i'm looking at possibly taking a few weeks off altogether just coz of exams! so don't worry about disappointing team big paycheck coz as soon as exams r over u know u gonna do us proud

we all have those days man. We all can understand though brother. You have to be stressed out so badly right now and it was just a matter of time before it caught up with you mentally in the gym. Its all good though man. Keep your head up though, hit em hard next time and show everybody here what the BIG Q MAN IS MADE OF! Earn that Paycheck baby!!!

Although you werent there mentally your numbers are still excellent. Right now gotta focus on them exams though man, thats your future. Sometimes giving 100% in the classroom can wear you down and your gym sessions may not be as satisfactory. Thats all good though man, you always have the gym, past present and future. School is right now though. Good luck on your last tests and lets see a big leg day today man!

Nothing to be pissed off about there q80. It may have not been to your usual standard but was still good work nonetheless. You got in there and you trained. Everyone has days where they aren't 100% on and you probably have them the least so once in a while ain't gonna hurt.
Keep your head up man - you got other things going on. You'll get through them and this and be back better than ever. All the best big man.
