Ok guys .. today i did bad in the exam .. and i'm very upset .. despite all hardwork studies that i've done .. the exam went tuff and hard .. i don't know from where these teachers brought thier question .. damn it .. i hope i'm gonna pass in this subject .. anyway .. i went to gym and i throw this thing out before i went inside .. because i don't wanna see my workout getting bad just for something like this .. and as a part of Team Paycheck .. so i have to pay Big Check for u guys :)

Back ( Width )

Front PullDown :
Set #1 : 96 kilos ( 210 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 110 kilos ( 260 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 125 kilos ( 280 pounds ) 10 reps

Reverse Grip Front Pulldown :
Set #1 : 82 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 96 kilos ( 210 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 110 kilos ( 260 pounds ) 10 reps

Low Pully Row :
Set #1 : 130 kilos ( 295 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 270 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 30 reps .. and i have a clip of that as well .. the pump was insane and my back was tight as hell :)

Close Grip PullDown : ( couldn't go heavy with this one .. my back was burning )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1 but with 13 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2 .. i hardly complete the set .. muscles were dead :)

Rear Delts :

LifeFitness Reverse Peck-Deck :
Set #1 : 75 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set 1
Set #3 : same as set 1

ok .. the clip :)

100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) low Pully Rows for 30 reps .. i reached the shaking phase .. my body was shaking at the last reps .. and i felt burn in my forarms and back as well :) .. enjoy guys :

The funny thing was watching the guy next to you do 1/3 of the weight you were using, with worse form than you, and not even doing half as many reps as you...he probably left the machine afterwards to go cry in the corner

looking at your back workouts always make my spine buckle. Theyre so intense and the weight is always so damn heavy. Great job as always brother. That video was awesome as well, (YEA BUDDAH!) lol. 30 reps at 225 is quite a phenomenal feat my friend. Itd be quite a scary thing if you kept all your reps between 5-8, you might as well start lifting the entire machine WITH the plates on it just so you could get a descent workout in lol.

Nice back workout Q80, once again your lifts are impressive as hell.

one thing on my mind tho, show us some of the beef, you have nothing to be ashamed off, i too hate to train with tank tops or with sleevless shirts but i always train with t shirts since i get so damn sweaty.

Again keep it up youll get very far if you continue like this.

LOL, when the camera was zooming in on the weightstack I was like damn we know you can do those kilo's, no need to show it to us mr show off, then your face appeared in the screen again with the yeah buddy and I LMAO!
