Ok Fellas .. as i promised .. i'm back with more hardcore wieghts and clip u should watch it :) .. i trained my Back for thickness today .. and it was more hardcore than ever .. here we go :) :
Back For Thickness : ( Before i start .. i decided to go high reps with deadz to maximise the pump .. and it realy explode my Whole back :) )
DeadLifts :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds )
12 reps !!! .. i've got a clip of that guys
Hammer Strength Dorian Yates style Machine Rows :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 120 kilos ( 270 pounds ) 10 reps
One Arm DB Rows : ( Branch and JOJ Style )
Set #1 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 65 kilos ( 140 pounds ) 10 reps
Hammer Strength Low Row Machine : ( Single Arm ) these wieghts for Beno

Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Rear Delts : ( Couldn't go up with wieghts i was exhusteded and really tired and my back was tight so i went light with pump the muscle
Seated Bent Over DB Lateral Raises :
Set #1 : 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1
i realized that in every Back thickness workout .. it become more intense and Hardcore than the previous one .. and it's time for the 405 pounds 12reps Deadz
