BTW .. I went to the gym today and trained Legs .. it was great .. i planned to get 10 reps and above whatever the wieghts are .. just to pump my quadz and not to lose it due cardio .. so this was my workout :
Quadz :
Leg Press :
Set #1 : 240 kilos ( 530 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 360 kilos ( 800 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 440 kilos ( 970 pounds ) 12 reps
Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 70 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 85 kilos ( 190 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps .. my Quadz were burning once i finished my set
Hams :
Life Fitness Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 74 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 81 kilos ( 185 pouunds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 88 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 10 reps
Single Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Calves :
4 sets of Horizontal calves press supersetting with anather 4 sets of Donkey Calves raises each set had 12 reps

Damn high numbers indeed my friend - especially for those high reps! Must have filled those legs with blood - engorged muscles right there my man. Ridiculous heavy leg press and then into squats for reps! Superb work man! :)

thx a lot Big Rock :) .. just went back from gym .. it was light session for me .. cardio and ABS .. Cardio went fast because i was memorizing my lessons while i'm walking on the treadmill :) .. and that was my abs session :
ABS :
4 sets of leg raises superset with crunchs 15 reps
and then 3 direct sets of Oblique crunchs without stop on the hyperextention bench 12 reps
cardio 40 mins on Treadmill 5.5 speed and 2.0 incline
that's all guys .. gonna train my back for thickness tommorow :) .. stay tuned .. love u all
