thx a lot guys .. ur comments are what keep me work hard everyday :) .. although i'm busy these days with exams and preparing for it .. but this will not stop me to enjoy my moments at the gym and do what i love :) ..

Fahad : well man .. stepping on the Olympia stage is a dream for every hardcore BBer .. and requires a lot of things .. unfortunatly here in kuwait there is no supportive things .. u pay everything for urself .. even my family they don't support me .. until i decide to move to US and complete my studying after gradition and complete and my BBing Progress :)

xtweak : ur final phrase is the most apprecitable thing in all posts here .. thx very much brother .. it means a lot for me .. and as i told u i pay my life for the sport of BBing .. i will put that qoute in my sig .. thx a lot brother

ok .. Shoulders, Traps and Tri's today .. and i went thorugh the wide grip upright rows suppersetting with side lateral by DB .. and the pump was outstanding .. my middle delts were toasted indeed :) .. here we go :

Shoulders :

Seated DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 8 reps

Wide Grip Upright Rows Superset with Standing DB side lateral : ( thx MAK and Rocky for this one )
Set #1 : 32.5 kilos ( 70 pounds ) 12 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side lateral 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side laetrals 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side laterals 12 reps :)

damn it .. my middle headz still burning from these supersets .. really like the pump

Traps :

Power Shurgs ( again thx jorno ) didn't go heavy with these .. my traps were already tired from the supersets
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Tri's :

Cable PushDown :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 11 reps

Seated Tri's Extention machine :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 70 kilos ( 155 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 88 kilos ( 190 pounds ) 10 reps

Seated one arm overhead tri's extention : ( went light for pump )
Set #1 : 10 kilos ( 20 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1 but with 12 reps

that's all folks :) ..

I saved your log for last man, and for a very good reason. Definetely a great session, yea I know what you mean on those wide grip upright rows, great exercise. Then supersetting them with Side Laterals and that many reps! INSANE man! You should get a vid of you doing some Shoulders man, that 100lbs on Seated Db Press is outstanding brother.

After that killer shoulder session you do triceps in the same one, intense man. Great weight on them triceps too even after crushing your delts.

As always Q, great session from the great one himself.

man .. ur comments always made me speechless .. thx very much brother .. really appreciate it .. it means a lot seeing ur post in my log .. godbless u my brother .. as for the clips i was going to make that shot of 100 pounds pressing but i wen to gym with one of my training partners the rest didn't go at my time .. so he was giving me a spot so no one would hold the camera and make the clip .. anyway .. i promise i will post more clips of heavy and intense sets man :)

fantastic work on the seated db press, that's a whooole lotta weight bro! glad i reminded u about the upright row and i know what u mean about the burn man - supersetting with the side laterals is painful!

well i guess its a good thing that am here in canada i guess.....but ur really something when it comes 2 training and hopfully we both will b on the olympia stge battling it out .....best of luck bro ..........
