ok .. Shoulders, Traps and Tri's today .. and i went thorugh the wide grip upright rows suppersetting with side lateral by DB .. and the pump was outstanding .. my middle delts were toasted indeed :) .. here we go :
Shoulders :
Seated DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 8 reps
Wide Grip Upright Rows Superset with Standing DB side lateral : ( thx MAK and Rocky for this one

Set #1 : 32.5 kilos ( 70 pounds ) 12 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side lateral 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side laetrals 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 8 reps on the uprights superset with 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) side laterals 12 reps :)

Seated Tri's Extention machine :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 70 kilos ( 155 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 88 kilos ( 190 pounds ) 10 reps
Seated one arm overhead tri's extention : ( went light for pump )
Set #1 : 10 kilos ( 20 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1 but with 12 reps
