thank u all guys :) .. i really appreciate ur comments .. and that was tuff ( robcardu and Beno ) dropping the DBs on the mobile lool and Fahad the heaviest DB is 150 pounds .. and PI the shirt will come off soon once i'm ready to present my whole package :) .. anyway .. today i trained legs and i was totally exhusteded of clinic and school .. it was my last day of the studying .. and after 10 days my final exams will kick on :) .. but i kept in mind that i will not upset u guys seeing some light wieght that u didn't used to see it in my log .. so i went heavy as much as i could .. and taped anather clip for me doing 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) lunges for 8 steps for each leg :) .. so here we go :
Quadz :
BB squat :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 8 reps
Vertical Leg Press :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 270 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 200 kilos ( 445 pounds ) 10 reps
BB Lunges :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 8 reps
Hams :
Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 67 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 81 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 88 kilos ( 195 pounds ) 9 reps
Single Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 10 reps

Calves :
5 sets on Horizontal calves press superset with anather 5 sets of Donkey Calves raise each of them has 12 reps
Note : while i'm doing my lunges sets .. a trainer came to me and said : "there is a brand new machine lunges .. u can try it instead of the BB" .. i directly respond to him that " The bar built my legs .. and i'm owned to him .. i'm a old school one i stick to the basics .. i don't like these fansy equipments" he told me "ur a hardcore indeed" :)
