thank u all guys :) .. the crazy Q80 back with more intense and freak workout .. exams become closer and my workout become more intense as well .. no one could stop the warrior soul of Q80 :) .. ok i trained chest and bi's today and that was my workout :
Chest :
Incline DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps !! .. first time i hitted this wieght for 12 reps
Flat DB Press :
Set #1 : 32.5 kilos ( 70 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 11 reps
Decline BB Press :
Set #1 : 70 kilos ( 155 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Bi's :
gym80 Bi's Preacher Curl Machine :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Hammer Strength Machine MTS Bi's Curls ( Single Hand ) :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2
21 curls :
Set #1 : 27.5 kilos ( 60 pounds )
Set #2 : 32.5 kilos ( 70 pounds )
Set #3 : same as set #1 .. went back to same weight that i used in set # 1 because my bi's was pumped and really like the pump from this exersice .. BigRon style :)
that's all fellas .. and i have a clip for u .. it's my last set of incline DB press .. 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) for 12 reps so enjoy it :
