yeah .. today was the ultimate back workout for me :) .. the most exhusted back i've ever done :) .. here we go :
Back ( For Thickness ) :
Deadlift :
1 warm up set ( 12 reps )
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps
Set #4 : 240 kilos ( 545 pounds ) 2 reps ( afte that i dropped the bar and screaming i'm the master of deadz here .. who dares to challange me .. was going maniac LoooooL )
Bent Over BB Rows :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps ( after this my lats and middle traps was burnning )
T-Bar Row ( Coleman's style ) :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps ( god i hate my self .. i was tottaly exhusted )
One Arm DB Row : ( wasn't planning to do but i kicked mu butt to do this shit ):
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 60 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 10 reps
Bi's : ( before we went to do bi's .. i told my partner let hit the tri .. loool he said man ur tottally tired .. we trained tri's yesterday LoooL ) No comments :
Concentration curls :
Set #1 : 12 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : Same as Set#1
Set #3 : Same as Set #1
i could not do anather bi's exersice .. my arms was shaking and tottaly tired .. end of the workout .. i would like to thank u guys for supporting me .. that was really made my day :)
