Set #1 : 96 kilos ( 210 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 103 kilos ( 230 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 134 kilos ( 305 pounds ) 10 reps
Behind the Neck Pulldown :
Set #1 : 70 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 82 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 103 kilos ( 230 pounds ) 10 reps
Low Pully Row : ( i started my sets of pully row from the heaviest wieght to the light but increased my reps in every set )
Set #1 : 135 kilos ( 305 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 20 reps !!!!
LifeFitness Isolate arms pulldowns ( each arm has it's own wieghts )
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds each arms ) 20 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1
